Why it is built this way
A collector who follows a potter online is usually waiting for something: the next kiln opening, a piece back on the shelf, a shop nearby that carries the work. This page answers those in that order.
The top button is a date, "Kiln opening, 14 September", so the reason to tap sits inside the label. "What is on the shelf now" is for anyone who cannot wait. "Stockists around Victoria" sends the rest to a shop they can walk into. "Studio notes, once a month" comes last, with the frequency written into the button, so nobody hesitates over a sign-up that might fill their inbox.
The styling stays quiet on purpose. A warm oat background (#F2EDE4) sits close to the colour of unglazed clay, and one slate blue (#2F4F6B) carries the buttons and the ring around the profile photo, which gives the eye a single colour to follow. Cormorant Garamond sets the name with a bookish, hand-finished feel. Inter handles the bio and buttons, where legibility at small sizes matters more than character, and the round button shape suits a soft, tactile product.
It is the classic layout: photo, name, bio, then four buttons in a single column. A maker with one product line and a slow release rhythm needs no more structure than that.
