Example link in bio page for a fictional strength coach, Rui Marques: dark gym photo, serif name, green Book a first session button, a second button below.

Why it is built this way

"Strength coaching for people who sit down all day." If you coach, study that sentence before anything else on this page. It names the client (desk workers), the method (strength) and, in the line that follows, the setting (online and in Lisbon). A desk worker who reads it knows straight away that the page is for them.

Then look at how little the page asks. There are two buttons. "Book a first session" comes first, and the word "first" lowers the stakes, since it sounds like a trial run, which is easier to say yes to. "How the coaching works" is for the visitor who wants to understand the process before paying, and plenty of new clients do.

A photo header and a content section beneath the buttons come with the Nucleus layout, so a coach can post short lessons or updates without adding more buttons. Colours are dark and earthy: a warm near-black (#14120F), stone-grey bio text (#C7C4BA), and a sage green (#7FA05C) on the lead button, with very dark text (#0B1206) on it. The same green rings the photo. Green is a calmer choice than the neon accents many fitness templates reach for, and it suits a client base of office workers.

Bio and buttons are in Hanken Grotesk, a straightforward sans, and the button corners are rounded to keep it friendly. Put the person you coach in your first sentence, and every other line gets easier to write.
