Flowcode's self-serve plans are Free (up to 2 codes), Pro Plus at $25 a month billed annually or $60 billed monthly, and Growth at $250 a month, which is annual only. Its enterprise platform, Flowcode 2, has no public price: Growth Plus is usage-based and Enterprise is custom, both sold through a demo.
The $25 most people quote is the annual rate, $300 a year. Flowcode's pricing page opens on annual billing, and switching the toggle to monthly shows Pro Plus at $60.
Flowcode sells two products on the same page. Its classic QR code manager, Flowcode 1, is the self-serve product with public prices, and it's the one covered in most of this page. The enterprise platform, Flowcode 2, is built around a custom use case set up during onboarding, with CRM and customer-data integrations, and it's only sold through a demo.

What Flowcode costs in practice
Flowcode's pricing page lists no fee on sales or scans, so the plan price is the bill. The differences come from the billing term and how many codes you use.
- Pro Plus, annual vs monthly. A year costs $300 billed annually or $720 billed monthly. Five months of monthly billing costs $300, so if you'll keep Pro Plus longer than five months, the annual plan is cheaper.
- Cost per code. If you use all 50 codes, Pro Plus works out to $6 per code per year on annual billing, or $14.40 on monthly. Growth at 150 codes works out to $20 per code per year.
- The step up. There's nothing between Pro Plus and Growth. Going past 50 codes, or needing CRM integrations or the API, takes you from $300 to $3,000 a year.
- Downgrading. Flowcode's help center says that if you drop to the free tier, you keep access to only your 2 most recent codes, the other codes keep scanning to the destination they last had, and your account shows a maximum of 500 scans. The same article also mentions codes "deleted due to the cancellation" coming back if you resubscribe, so ask support what happens to your printed codes before cancelling a paid plan.
What the free plan limits, and what it doesn't
The free plan's 500-scan figure is an analytics limit. Flowcode says its codes have unlimited scans and never expire as long as the destination is online, so a free code keeps working after its 500th scan; you just stop seeing new scan data. The pricing page lists "Always scan" under lifetime scans on every plan.
Both free codes are dynamic, so you can change where they point after printing. That's the main reason to use Flowcode's free plan over a static generator: one or two printed codes you may need to redirect later.
What Flowcode does well
- Free dynamic codes that don't expire. Two editable codes and two landing pages at $0.
- Built for brand campaigns. Growth adds CRM integrations, API access and geolocation, and the pricing page lists CCPA, GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.
- Landing pages included. Codes can point at Flowcode-hosted mobile pages, so a campaign doesn't need a separate page builder.
- Published results. Flowcode's pricing page shows case studies from brands such as Welch's, NFL Shop and Waterpik, with its own reported figures.
Where Flowcode falls short
- The headline price needs a year. Month to month, Pro Plus is $60, 2.4 times the $25 annual rate.
- A tenfold jump. The next plan after Pro Plus costs ten times as much and is annual only.
- No public enterprise price. Growth Plus and Enterprise require a demo.
- Thin free analytics. Scan data on the free plan stops at 500 scans.
- More than a small job needs. For a single code pointing at your own website, a paid dynamic-code platform is more tool than the job requires.
Who it suits
The free plan suits someone with one or two printed codes that may need a new destination later. Pro Plus suits a small business or team running up to 50 editable, tracked codes across print, ideally on annual billing. Growth suits brands running QR campaigns at volume that need CRM data, the API and geolocation.
Look elsewhere if you need a handful of codes that point at a website you control, a large batch of codes for a one-off event, or tracking on a small budget without a yearly commitment.
Where Raydar fits
Raydar's free QR code generator is a different kind of tool. It makes codes for links, Wi-Fi, email, phone, SMS and text, with your own logo, as PNG or SVG, with no signup, no daily cap and nothing you paste stored. It also works out the minimum print size, and the bulk generator makes 250 codes at once as one ZIP with a manifest.
Those codes are static: the destination is inside the printed pattern, so they can't be edited after printing or counted by any tool. If you need to change where a printed code goes, or see scans code by code with geolocation and CRM data, Flowcode is the better pick. If you need scan counts on a Raydar-made code, point it at a link that counts, such as a Raydar page; the free plan includes two pages with basic analytics and no card. Our guide to dynamic vs static QR codes covers the trade-off.
For a plain static QR generator compared with a tracking tool, see Raydar vs QRStuff. Printing codes at scale on packaging or signage should also follow QR code best practices for print.
Frequently asked questions
Is Flowcode free to use?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 2 dynamic Flowcodes, 2 mobile landing pages and scan analytics for up to 500 scans. Flowcode says its codes have unlimited scans and never expire, so a free code keeps working after 500 scans; only the analytics stop.
How much does Flowcode cost per month?
Pro Plus is $25 a month billed annually ($300 a year) or $60 a month billed monthly. Growth is $250 a month and annual only. Flowcode 2's Growth Plus and Enterprise plans are priced through a demo. Prices as of September 27, 2026.
What is the difference between a Flowcode and a QR code?
A Flowcode is Flowcode's own dynamic QR code. It scans like any QR code, but like other dynamic codes it points at a short redirect link, which lets you change the destination after printing and see scan data. A static QR code holds the destination directly, so it can't be edited or tracked.
What happens to my Flowcodes if I cancel?
Flowcode's help center says that after downgrading to the free tier you keep access to only your 2 most recent codes, all other codes continue to scan to the destination they last had, and your account shows a maximum of 500 scans. The same article mentions reactivating codes deleted by a cancellation, so confirm with support before cancelling if codes are in print.
How do I scan a Flowcode?
The same way as any QR code: point your phone's camera at it and tap the link that appears.
